The Garden Village, Kingston upon Hull

The residential layout includes short front gardens and long back gardens, accessed through ten-foot alleys, with houses built at a density of 12 per acre.

The estate included twelve different house styles in five sizes, with streets named after trees and shrubs following the second development phase in 1923.
