Bolzano Victory Monument, Cultural heritage monument in Bolzano, Italy.
The white marble arch features a central tower with lictorial pillars and inscriptions, standing 19 meters wide near the center of Bolzano.
King Victor Emmanuel III inaugurated this monument in 1928, replacing a former Austrian Kaiserjäger memorial demolished between 1926 and 1927.
The monument houses an exhibition titled 'BZ 18-45: One Monument, One City, Two Dictatorships' exploring the regional history through interactive displays.
Visitors can access the permanent exhibition inside the monument to learn about South Tyrol's complex past through multimedia presentations and historical artifacts.
LED text displays and sound installations within the monument create a contemporary interpretation of its historical significance for diverse linguistic communities.
