Kobe Art Center is a 37-story tower in Shin-Kobe that combines luxury residential apartments with cultural facilities in a glass and steel structure. The building houses 172 apartments, office spaces, a supermarket, and a fitness club.
The structure was designed by Murai Kei Associates and built by Takenaka Corporation, opening in 2008. Its construction was part of the development of Shin-Kobe as a modern cultural district.
The complex houses a theater with 1,100 seats and three concert halls that host performances, exhibitions, and artistic events throughout the year. These spaces serve the community by showcasing both local and visiting talent.
