Enmei-ji

Enmei-ji is a Buddhist temple situated on a hilltop in Minamichita, featuring traditional Japanese wooden buildings and stone elements distributed across its grounds. The site includes several structures, garden spaces, and religious statues that shape the temple's overall character.

This temple was founded in the early 800s and gained religious importance when a Buddhist master created a stone statue of Jizo. That sculpture became the central focus of worship at the site.
