JP Tower Osaka

JP Tower Osaka is a 39-story skyscraper in the center of Osaka's business district, featuring a glass and steel exterior at the intersection of multiple rail lines. The building connects directly to Osaka Station through underground passages and provides modern office spaces.

Construction of JP Tower Osaka began in the early 2020s as part of a modernization effort for the Umeda area near Osaka Station. The project aimed to create a new center for business and entertainment in this expanding neighborhood.

The building houses the Sky Theatre MBS, a venue with seating for around 1,289 people where traditional and contemporary Japanese performances take place. Visitors can experience different types of shows that reflect the cultural life of the city.

The tower features a bicycle parking facility for 420 bikes with the first 90 minutes free of charge. Its direct connection to Osaka Station via underground passages makes it easy to reach by train.

The tower contains Japan's largest rental office spaces in western Japan, with approximately 4,000 square meters per standard floor. These spacious floor plans are uncommon in Japanese skyscrapers and make the building particularly appealing to businesses.
