Herbis Osaka

Herbis Osaka is a skyscraper in Umeda with 40 above-ground floors and 5 underground levels as part of the Osaka Garden City complex. The building combines office spaces, high-end retail shops, restaurants, and parking across its multiple levels.

Construction was completed in 1997 by Takenaka Corporation, marking an important addition to Osaka's skyline. The project was part of a larger urban development effort that brought modern office and retail spaces to the growing city.

The building houses the Osaka Shiki Theatre and Billboard Live Osaka, two performance venues where you can watch theater productions and live music shows throughout the year.

The building is located about four minutes from Nishi-Umeda Station and is easily accessible by public transport. It offers ample parking across its levels and features stairs, elevators, and clear signage to help visitors navigate.

The building was among the first in Osaka to integrate continuous security and air conditioning systems operating around the clock to meet modern standards. These technical features were uncommon in commercial buildings at the time.
