ウォーカーヒル

Walkerhill is a resort complex in Gwangjin sitting beside the Han River with views toward Achasan Mountain, housing entertainment venues, hotels, and dining across expansive grounds. The property connects three main buildings - Grand Walkerhill Seoul, Vista Walkerhill Seoul, and Douglas House - through internal transportation systems.

The resort opened in 1955 and was named after General Walton Walker of the United States Eighth Army, establishing itself in eastern Seoul during the post-war period. The location became one of the region's early major tourism developments.

The resort hosts regular performances of traditional Korean music and dance, blending local heritage with international entertainment standards. These shows reflect artistic traditions that remain central to how people celebrate their cultural identity.
