Sant'Antonio Abate Church

Sant'Antonio Abate Church is a Baroque church building in Cuasso al Monte with a rectangular layout and side chapels forming a transept. The structure is crowned by a bell tower with a pointed spire and features polychrome stained glass windows.

The original building was constructed in the 17th century but was completely rebuilt in the 18th century after a major fire. This reconstruction shaped the church's current appearance.

The facade displays Mannerist details with stone cladding and niches holding saint statues that give the building a dignified presence. These decorative elements reflect the religious importance the community placed on this place.

The building sits on elevated ground with views over Cuasso al Piano from the surrounding area. Access is straightforward on foot, though visitors should be prepared for the hillside location.

The churchyard is paved with porphyry and functions as a natural viewing platform looking down toward the valley. This special placement makes the building a landmark visible from across the surrounding area.
