Oud Valkeveen

Oud Valkeveen is an amusement park with over 30 attractions spread across outdoor and indoor areas, including play structures, rides, and a theater with daily shows. The grounds extend through wooded terrain with direct access to a private beach along Gooimeer Lake.

The park started about 90 years ago as a simple picnic spot at the forest edge. It grew gradually over decades into a full amusement park with many entertainment options.

The park is located between Huizen and Naarden and offers flexible admission options for single visits or multiple annual visits. Opening hours change with the seasons, generally running from late March through the winter months.

The theater here offers daily changing performances, often presenting family-friendly stories on an intimate scale. These regular live shows set it apart from other recreation parks in the region.
