Patio Sevilla

Patio Sevilla is a residential complex containing 98 apartments arranged around a central courtyard in the Céramique district. The building features flat facades aligned with the surrounding streets and offers three separate entry points for residents.

The complex was built in the early 2000s as part of transforming the former industrial Céramique area into residential neighborhoods. This redevelopment changed abandoned factory land into a modern district with new housing and public spaces.

The interior courtyard serves as a gathering space where residents enjoy the planted areas and greenery throughout the year. This creates a private oasis within the neighborhood while remaining connected to the surrounding urban rhythm.

The location offers direct access to shops and services within the neighborhood while being close to the Maas River promenade and nearby forest trails. Visitors can easily explore the surrounding area on foot from the complex.

The interior courtyard features an unusual design with organic geometric patterns that create visual interest beyond typical residential layouts. Poplar trees are planted throughout the space, their seasonal changes marking the passage of time for residents.
