Permaisuri Zarith Sofiah Opera House

The Permaisuri Zarith Sofiah Opera House is a modern performance venue in Johor Bahru with architectural design inspired by a royal crown shape. The main auditorium seats roughly 600 guests and includes facilities designed to accommodate operas, ballets, musicals, and orchestral performances.

The venue opened on January 19, 2020, coinciding with the China-Malaysia Year of Culture and Tourism celebration. This opening marked an important moment for strengthening cultural connections between the two nations.
