The Chopin Family Parlor occupied the largest room of an apartment on the second floor of Czapski Palace, displaying period furniture and musical instruments.
From 1827 to 1830, this residence served as the final Warsaw home of Frédéric Chopin, where he composed his first two piano concertos.
The museum collection included portraits of the Chopin family, personal caricatures drawn by the composer, and an 1855 Pleyel piano from Paris.
The establishment operated as a branch of the Fryderyk Chopin Museum from 1960 until its closure in 2014, offering visitors insight into the composer's life.
During the Chopin family's residence, the garret above their apartment functioned as a boarding house managed by Frédéric's father, Nicolas Chopin.
