Punkt 44

Punkt 44 is a three-level entertainment complex in Katowice housing thirteen cinema screens across multiple halls with different seating capacities. The building also contains a bowling alley called Gravitacja and several dining venues spread throughout the floors.

The complex was built between 2001 and 2002 on the grounds of the former Baildon Katowice sports facility. Since opening it has become one of the region's major entertainment destinations with expanded offerings over time.

The venue serves as a gathering point where people from across the city come together for movies and entertainment. The bowling lanes and multiple cinemas make it a natural social hub that draws regular crowds throughout the week.

The complex is conveniently located in central Katowice and accessible by public transport and car, with parking available on site. Arriving on weekday evenings will give you a more relaxed experience with shorter lines at most venues.

The complex features one of just six IMAX screens operating in Poland, with an amphitheater-style seating arrangement that holds around 400 viewers. This large-screen experience draws film enthusiasts from across the region seeking an immersive cinema experience.
