Most św. Jana Nepomucena w Olsztynie, Stone bridge in Old Town, Olsztyn, Poland.

The Saint John of Nepomuk Bridge spans the Łyna River, connecting different districts with a length of about 25 meters. The stone structure is crowned with a bronze figure of the saint standing as a focal point.

The bridge was built following the collapse of the Lower Gate in 1806, creating a need for a new crossing. A stone statue of the saint was added in 1869, carved by Wilhelm Jansen from Cologne.

The bridge takes its name from Saint John of Nepomuk, a patron saint associated with water crossings and protection. Visitors can see a bronze replica of his statue placed on the bridge, reflecting the spiritual role this crossing has held for the city.

The bridge is located at Prosta Street and serves both pedestrians and vehicles crossing between downtown and the Grunwald District. It is best explored on foot to fully appreciate the stonework and the statue details.

Until 1965, this location was the terminal station for the city's tram line 1, making it a vital transportation hub for generations. Its function has since shifted entirely to serving as a pedestrian and vehicle crossing.
