The palace exhibits symmetrical architecture with a semicircular projection on its northern side and contains multiple halls spread across different levels.
The structure began as a Baroque manor house at the start of the 1800s under the ownership of the Rusocki family from Brzezie.
The palace underwent reconstruction around 1839 by Karol Jordan, who added a new staircase, ballroom, and transformed the garden into an English style.
Located at Krakowska 5 in Kozy at 369 meters elevation, the palace now functions as a center for local cultural institutions.
The western section includes an Evangelical chapel, constructed in 1859 by Karol Humborg after acquiring the property through auction.
