Dream Island, Indoor amusement park in Nagatinskaya Poima, Moscow, Russia.
Dream Island is an indoor amusement park in the Nagatinsky Zaton District of Moscow, covering about 30 hectares under several glass domes. The complex divides into nine themed zones that offer rides, roller coasters, and shows for different age groups.
Construction began in March of 2016, and the site opened in late February of 2020 after several delays. The project was one of the largest private infrastructure efforts in the region, and it faced financial and administrative challenges during the building phase.
Themed zones mix international franchises with Russian fairy tales, and each area develops its own decoration and atmosphere through screens and elaborate sets. Staff dressed as characters walk through the halls, and visitors often gather near stages where performances take place throughout the day.
The site sits near the Tekhnopark metro station and opens daily from noon until late evening. Arriving early helps avoid long lines, especially on weekends and holidays when families fill the park.
A central tower structure rises about 75 meters (246 feet) inside and serves as the architectural focus of the entire complex. The outer facade combines design elements reminiscent of the Moscow Kremlin and Gothic buildings of Western Europe, giving the structure an unusual appearance.
