Syktyvkar Fire station

Syktyvkar Fire Station is a red and white two-story building topped by an eight-sided watchtower featuring decorative architectural details and a clock mechanism. The tower rises noticeably above the main structure and serves as the building's distinctive feature.

Construction of the station started in 1900 following architect I.I. Pavlov's design and was completed in 1907. The building emerged during a period when such public structures became important architectural landmarks in Russian provincial cities.
