The Derzinski House of Culture is a six-story cylindrical building with open galleries and a 600-seat auditorium positioned at a 45-degree angle to the street. The structure houses performance spaces and public gathering areas within its distinctive shape.

The building was constructed between 1930 and 1932 and became a refuge for evacuated theater companies during World War II, including the Bolshoi Theatre. This role made it an important cultural hub during the Soviet era.

This cultural center brings people together for music and community events throughout the year. A professional jazz orchestra performs here regularly, making it an active venue for artistic expression.

The building is located at the intersection of Pionerskaya and Stepan Razin streets and is easy to identify by its unusual cylindrical shape. It operates today as a cultural venue and hosts regular events for visitors to attend.

The interior was originally finished with wood, granite, and marble showing high-quality craftsmanship from early Soviet times. The exterior exemplifies constructivism and remains a striking example of this architectural movement.
