Башня-колокольня Иоанна Златоуста, Bell tower in Zlatoust, Russia

The Saint John Chrysostom Bell Tower stands 53.4 meters tall, featuring a chapel and offering panoramic views of the Taganay National Park.

Built in 2006 to commemorate the 1600th anniversary of Saint John Chrysostom, the tower was constructed through local factory funding and citizen donations.

The bell tower contains a 1300-kilogram bronze bell cast in Kamensk-Uralsky, which first rang on November 7, 2006 during the opening ceremony.

Visitors can access the observation deck to view the South Ural mountain range and the surrounding urban landscape of Zlatoust throughout the year.

The tower serves as both a religious monument and a central navigational landmark, standing prominently on Red Hill within the industrial Ural city.
