The Muravyov-Karsky estate stretches along the Don River bank, featuring a reconstructed main house, outbuildings, and traditional Russian courtyard houses.

The estate gained prominence under the management of Muravyov-Karsky, with love letters discovered in the church bell tower revealing its romantic past.

The former weaving factory now houses the Balmont restaurant, serving Russian and French cuisine while maintaining the estate's Silver Age traditions.

Visitors can participate in guided tours every Sunday, exploring the entire estate complex including the fortress and church with detailed historical narratives.

During summer, guests access a beach with barbecue areas and water activities, while winter offers ice skating and sledding opportunities.
