Built in 1904 by architect Alexander Ivanov, this structure served as a pawnshop that continued operations even after the Russian Revolution of 1917.
The building holds regional cultural heritage status and demonstrates the financial institutions' architectural grandeur in early 20th century Moscow.
The structure contains a basement for retail storage, elevators, water heating systems, and multiple facilities distributed across different floors.
The facade combines brown ceramic tiles with light plastered surfaces, creating a distinctive pattern characteristic of Moscow's architectural development.
