The Sobornaija Kolokol'nja in Tobolsk is a stone bell tower within the Kremlin featuring multiple tiers and architectural details from the late 1700s. It contains bells that serve the nearby cathedral and stands as a substantial vertical landmark in the complex.

Construction started in 1683 but took over a century to complete, with the final form finished in 1797 following the design of architect F. Utkin. The extended timeline reflects the difficulties of building such a structure in remote Siberia.
