The Cathedral Bell Tower rises 75 meters high with stone walls reaching 2 meters in thickness, featuring multiple tiers and architectural elements from the late 18th century.
Construction of the stone bell tower began in 1683, with several attempts and reconstructions until its final completion in 1797 under architect F. Utkin's design.
The tower houses fifteen bells, including a 16-ton bell containing silver in its alloy, which produces specific sound characteristics during Orthodox celebrations.
The bell tower stands at 2 Krasnaya Square in Tobolsk, within the Kremlin complex, and accepts visitors during religious festivities for climbing and bell ringing.
The main facade includes a clock mechanism created by Ilya Bayanov from Verkhoturye, making it the first tower clock in Siberian Russia.
