The Kuznetsov House sits on Mansurovsky Lane with a five-window facade decorated with medallion reliefs above each opening. Its asymmetrical floor plan preserves the original Empire style design from when it was built.

Alexander Kuznetsov purchased the property in 1915 from merchant Voskoboeva and transformed it through renovations into a family residence. The building endured a critical moment during the upheaval of the Russian Revolution.

The interior displays a blend of neoclassical details in most rooms alongside Russian traditional motifs in the dining area. This mix shows how residents merged different artistic influences within their living spaces.

The building is visible from the street and easily accessible, with facade details best seen in daylight. Architecture enthusiasts can explore its design features year-round.

During the October Revolution of 1917, the Kuznetsov family took shelter in the dining room while street battles raged outside. This experience marked the building as a witness to a turbulent moment in Russian history.
