Lindholm amulet, Runic inscription monument in Lund Municipality, Sweden.
The Lindholm amulet features carved runes on both sides of a bone artifact, containing inscriptions in the 24-character Elder Futhark alphabet system.
Dating from the 6th century CE, this inscribed bone amulet was discovered near Lindholmen Castle ruins and the Borren hillfort in Scania.
The text includes the name of the carver and inscriptions believed to hold magical purposes, reflecting early Norse practices and beliefs.
The artifact is currently preserved at the Historical Museum of Lund University under collection number 5084 for research and display purposes.
The inscription contains repeated sequences of specific runes forming the phrase 'Ek erilaz sawilagaz hateka,' meaning 'I, the runemaster, am called Sawilagaz.'
