Ulugöl Nature Park

The nature park features a central lake surrounded by dense forests at an elevation of 1250 meters in northeastern Turkey's Black Sea region.

The Turkish government designated this 26-hectare land as a Type-A recreational site in 2005 before establishing it as a nature park in 2009.

Local residents maintain traditional practices through seasonal festivals and regional Black Sea cuisine served at the park's tea gardens.

Visitors can access designated picnic zones, prayer rooms, camping areas, children's playgrounds, and bungalow accommodations throughout the 26-hectare park.

The lakeside walking path provides opportunities to observe migratory birds and native wildlife against the backdrop of seasonal forest transformations.
