Giralda Farms, Corporate office complex in Madison, United States.
Giralda Farms is an office campus in Madison, New Jersey, made up of several connected buildings finished in granite with wood accents. At the heart of the complex sits a four-story atrium covered by a skylight, linking the different structures together.
The land was once the private estate of Geraldine R. Dodge, a member of the well-known Dodge family, who held the property in the early 20th century. The estate was later redeveloped, with the first office building completed in 1982.
The name Giralda comes from a famous tower in Seville, Spain, which was a reference dear to the Dodge family who once owned the estate. Walking through the grounds today, the mix of wooded paths and open lawns gives the place more of a park feel than a typical office setting.
The campus is easy to reach by car thanks to its proximity to major roads and interstates in northern New Jersey. Underground parking is available on site, and the buildings are connected internally, making it simple to move between them without going outside.
A 9-hole disc golf course is laid out across the grounds, winding through the wooded areas between the office buildings. It is a rare feature for a corporate campus and turns an ordinary lunch break into something more active.
