Koziar's Christmas Village

Koziar's Christmas Village is a holiday light display in Bernville that transforms buildings, barns, and landscapes with over one million lights into winter scenes. The grounds spread across a large area and create a glowing landscape that is visible from considerable distances.

The Koziar family transformed their dairy farm into a Christmas attraction in 1948, expanding from a simple home decoration into a large-scale seasonal destination. This growth emerged from an initial family tradition that eventually became a major visitor site.

The site displays American holiday customs through exhibits featuring Santa Claus, model train displays, and seasonal decorations that echo local Pennsylvania traditions. Visitors can experience here how people typically decorate homes and farms for the Christmas season in this region.

The grounds are open from early November through January first, with extended hours in December and reduced rates for group visits. It is best to visit the grounds during evening hours to experience the full light display effect.

Display World Magazine recognized this illuminated spectacle as the leading outdoor Christmas presentation worldwide. This acknowledgment draws visitors from multiple countries.
