The Michigan Alpha Chapter House, completed in 1903, was the first permanent residence for Phi Delta Theta fraternity at the University of Michigan.

The Michigan State Historic Preservation Office added this Georgian Revival structure to the Michigan Register of Historic Places in 1983.
