St. Henry Roman Catholic Church and Rectory

St. Henry is a stone church in Harriettsville with a multi-story tower that includes a wooden belfry with louvers and a tall pointed spire topped with a cross. A frame rectory building sits next to the church to house the resident clergy.

The original Catholic congregation formed in 1868 with a small wooden building, then moved to the current stone structure completed in 1894 under architect Adolphus Druiding. This shift to a more permanent building showed the growing strength and commitment of the parish.
