Old Drawyers Church, Presbyterian church building in Odessa, United States
The brick church features a symmetric five-bay design with a gable roof and Georgian doorway, standing prominently along U.S. Route 13.
Dutch and Swedish immigrants founded the congregation in the early settlement period, while Scottish immigrants later constructed the building between 1769 and 1773.
The interior contains a suspended soundingboard above the open pulpit, representing traditional Presbyterian worship arrangements from the colonial period.
Visitors can examine the Georgian architectural elements and historical features through documentation available at the Library of Congress.
The church building, designed by architects Duncan Beard and Robert May, occupies 5 acres of land and received National Register status in 1973.
