Appoquinimink Friends Meetinghouse, Quaker meetinghouse in Odessa, Delaware, US.

The Appoquinimink Friends Meetinghouse features red brick construction with a simple rectangular design measuring twenty feet by twenty-two feet in dimension.

Built in 1785 by David Wilson, this religious structure became a station on the Underground Railroad, where members assisted people seeking freedom from slavery.

The meetinghouse represents the Quaker principles of simplicity and equality through its unadorned architectural design and open interior space for communal worship.

Following restoration in 1938, the meetinghouse reopened for religious services in 1939 and continues to hold regular worship meetings for the local Quaker community.

This structure stands as the smallest brick religious building in the United States, with its compact size reflecting the modest nature of early Quaker settlements.
