Menominee Park Zoo

Menominee Park Zoo spans eight acres along Lake Winnebago, displaying between 30 and 50 different animal species throughout the seasonal operation period.

The zoo, established in 1945 on the east side of Oshkosh, has served as a fundamental educational resource for Northeastern Wisconsin residents for generations.

The facility promotes environmental education through specialized programs, hosting numerous events such as Monster Bash, Zooloween Boo, and Bird Fest throughout the year.

Visitors can access the zoo without entrance fees from Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 2 PM, excluding major holidays and winter closure periods.

The zoo maintains four permanent exhibits for wolves, elk, otters, and eagles, while rotating other animal presentations through a lease program annually.
