Sa Huỳnh

Sa Huỳnh is a beach on the central Vietnamese coast where Highway 1A runs alongside a clean sandy shoreline that stretches along the water's edge. The beach itself is relatively straight, backed by open space, with shallow water that slopes gradually outward.

The beach sits where the national railway and Highway 1A both turn eastward toward the coast, having previously run inland through flood-prone regions. This route was established to connect interior areas with the coastal zones.

Local fishermen have worked these waters for generations, with small boats setting out in the early morning hours to bring in the daily catch. The rhythm of their work shapes how the beach looks and feels throughout the day.

The beach is easily reached from Highway 1A, which runs right alongside it, making it convenient for travelers passing through the region. Sa Huỳnh Resort offers rooms, food, and basic services, making it a practical stop for those traveling along the main route.
