Kirche am Rockenhof

The church features a 36-meter high tower positioned laterally to the nave and incorporates flat pointed arches in its brick construction.

The construction began on October 22, 1950, under architect Walter Ahrendt's design, and the church received its consecration on October 5, 1952.

The interior contains three bronze bells cast in 1953, which first rang during the German Protestant Church Congress.

The church opens on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 12 PM, with regular peace services held every Saturday at noon.

The church tower clock was installed in 1953 as a gift from Adolf Grimme, Director General of Northwest German Broadcasting.
