Estrel Tower, High-rise building in Neukölln, Germany.
The Estrel Tower is a high-rise building in Neukölln that stands 176 meters tall, with a facade of glass and steel panels that catch the light at different times of day. Inside you find hotel rooms, large halls, and several restaurants spread across multiple floors.
Construction began in the mid-1990s, making this high-rise one of the early signs of change in Neukölln after reunification. The Streletzki family drove the project forward, aiming to create a new hub for business travelers.
The tower's name honors the Streletzki family, who envisioned a place where international visitors could gather alongside locals in a district known for its changing character. Today you can see people meeting in the lobby and common areas, as the building hosts conventions and gatherings that bring together professionals from across Europe.
The entrances are located at street level and are accessible for wheelchair users. Inside, elevators and wide corridors make it easy to move between different areas of the building.
On the roof there is a terrace that sometimes opens for private events, offering a wide view over Berlin. In the basement you find a dedicated technical area that controls the climate and lighting systems for hundreds of rooms.
