Myrtle Grove, Georgian town hall in Bingley, England
The main frontage of Myrtle Grove extends across nine bays, featuring sash windows on both ground and first floors with rusticated stone corners.
Built around 1770 for J. Atkinson Busfield, the building transformed from a private residence to the Bingley Urban District Council headquarters in 1926.
The building served as a meeting point for notable figures, including theologian John Wesley who visited the mansion in April 1779.
Located within Myrtle Park, the Grade II listed building maintains its original architectural features through preservation efforts by Bradford Council.
The central entrance displays Doric order pilasters supporting an entablature beneath a high hip roof covered with Westmorland slate.
