Oceanic House, Grade II listed building in City of Westminster, England.

Located at 1 Cockspur Street, Oceanic House features detailed stone facades and large windows across multiple floors in central London.

The building, completed in 1907 by architect Henry Tanner Junior, served as the London headquarters of White Star Line and sold tickets for RMS Titanic.

The structure represents early 20th-century British commercial architecture and maritime industry connections through its design and former functions.

The building now contains six luxury apartments and a duplex penthouse, following an extensive renovation project completed in 2016.

Crowds gathered outside this building in April 1912 to learn about the fate of Titanic passengers after the ship's tragic sinking.
