Two Chairmen, Grade II listed pub in Westminster, United Kingdom.
The Two Chairmen occupies a three-story brick building with original beams and leaded windows at the corner of Warwick House Street.
Dating back before 1729, the Two Chairmen received its name from the sedan chair carriers who waited for customers from the adjacent cockfighting theatre.
The Society of Civil Service Authors selected this establishment in 1935 as their founding location, marking its connection to British literary circles.
Located near St James's Park tube station, the pub serves traditional British food until 10:00 PM on Fridays and 5:00 PM on Saturdays.
The pub appears in the opening sequence of the 2018 film Mary Poppins Returns, where Lin Manuel Miranda passes by while performing.
