The Inns of Court War Memorial is a stone structure near Berkhamsted consisting of an obelisk mounted on a square base. The brickwork features patterns representing Saint George's Cross and Saint Patrick's Saltire as decorative elements.
The memorial was built in 1920 near a training camp and commemorates officer training that took place between 1914 and 1919. Approximately 11,000 officer cadets completed their instruction at the Inns of Court Officers Training Corps during these years.
