The castle underwent a major transformation when the Thomas family converted it into a hotel, managing the property for 50 years until 2020.
Since 2020, Chef Théo Barberis presents regional dishes in the castle's restaurant, combining local ingredients with contemporary cooking techniques.
The medieval structure of the castle contains 8 rooms with four-poster beds, and guests can access a panoramic terrace offering views of nature.
Breakfast service takes place on a crenellated terrace, where guests observe the morning light across the Gorges du Verdon landscape.
