Espace de l'art concret, Contemporary art center in Mouans-Sartoux, France
The Espace de l'Art Concret features a green cube building within a pine forest, housing over 700 works from the Albers-Honegger collection.
The center was established to preserve concrete art movements, showcasing works from artists like Max Bill, Richard Paul Lohse, Josef Albers, and Victor Vasarely.
Regular exhibitions explore themes of abstract and concrete art, with the current program including displays about recycling, material reuse, and eco-design.
The center opens Wednesday through Sunday from 1 PM to 6 PM between September and June, with extended summer hours from 11 AM to 7 PM daily.
The three-hectare landscaped garden surrounding the museum provides views of the Siagne valley, complementing the architectural design of the building.
