The Gare du Midi contains a main auditorium of 600 square meters and multiple studios designed for theatrical and dance productions.
Built in 1906 under architect Adolphe Dervaux's direction, this former railway station served passengers until its closure in September 1980.
The venue houses the Centre Chorégraphique National Malandain Ballet Biarritz and presents numerous theatrical performances, concerts, and dance shows throughout the year.
Located near Biarritz city center, the facility includes a 300-square-meter reception hall, wardrobe services, and accommodates 1,400 spectators.
The building's stone facade, constructed with materials from Arudy, faces a public garden and represents early 20th-century French railway architecture.
