Lotte Center Hanoi, Commercial complex and restaurants in Phường Cống Vị, Vietnam
Lotte Center Hanoi is a 65-floor tower in the Phường Cống Vị district, combining office spaces, a department store, restaurants, and retail shops across its levels. The building organizes each use on separate floors, stacking work, shopping, and dining from the ground up to the roof.
Lotte Center opened on September 2, 2014, and was at that time among the tallest buildings in the city. Its arrival marked a turning point in the development of Hanoi's commercial district.
The restaurants inside cover cuisines from Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and China, each occupying its own floors. Walking through the building feels like moving through a cross-section of Asian food traditions, all gathered under one roof.
The tower is within walking distance of West Lake and is easy to reach by public transport. Those planning to visit the upper floors should avoid midday and early evening, when the elevators tend to fill up.
The rooftop restaurant Top of Hanoi has an open-air kitchen where guests can watch the food being prepared while looking over the city. Red River, which serves Chinese food, spans two floors and offers views of the Red River below.
