Topgolf

Topgolf is a golf entertainment center with three floors covering about 55,000 square feet. The facility has 72 climate-controlled hitting bays where microchipped balls automatically track and display scoring data on screens in each bay.

The brand started in Watford, England in 2000 and later expanded to the United States. The Pharr location opened in winter 2018 as the eleventh venue of the chain in Texas.

The venue serves as a social hub where people from across the Rio Grande Valley gather to share meals and conversation. Local Texas flavors appear throughout the dining menu, reflecting the tastes and traditions of the area.

Each hitting bay accommodates up to six players, with children under 16 requiring an adult supervisor aged 21 or older present during play. The climate-controlled environment means you can enjoy the game regardless of outdoor weather conditions.

Each golf ball contains a microchip that tracks shots and instantly calculates results without needing separate scoring equipment. This technology allows players to see their performance immediately displayed on their bay screen, providing real-time feedback during play.
