Le Cirque Signature is a fine dining restaurant on the fifth floor of the Leela Palace Hotel in Bangalore, serving Franco-Italian cuisine. The dining room is anchored by a large Murano crystal chandelier, with generously spaced tables set against walls in tones of beige, dark ebony, and warm ochre.
The original Le Cirque opened in New York and later expanded to Las Vegas, Dubai, Delhi, and Mumbai before this Bangalore branch was established. Each opening brought the French fine dining concept to a new major city, and Bangalore became one of the latest stops in that journey.
The name of the restaurant nods to the lively gathering of international diners that the original New York location was known for. On the plate, Mediterranean cooking methods meet ingredients sourced from across India, making the menu feel rooted in two worlds at once.
