Haidilao comes from Sichuan province, where hot pot is a shared ritual built around cooking together at the table. The menu offers several broth bases, including the spicy Sichuan version that defines the original tradition.
The restaurant is on the 3rd floor of Estella Place and is easy to reach via the mall's escalators or elevators. Booking a table in advance is a good idea, especially on weekends and evenings when it tends to fill up.
