Maison Bleue is a traditional riad in Fes's old medina, operated as a hotel and spa with sixteen rooms in Moorish style. A landscaped courtyard with a pool sits at the center, while arches and columns define the classic riad layout.

The riad came under the care of the Al Abbadi family, known in Fes for generations of hospitality. The family has preserved how the place works and what values matter within it.

The house blends traditional craftsmanship into everyday hospitality. Guests encounter local artisan work throughout: painted tiles, carved wood, and textiles made using methods passed down through generations.
