The museum displays over 60 vintage vehicles, including steam locomotives, diesel engines, wooden passenger cars, and maintenance equipment from Argentine railways history.

The facility occupies former Roca Railway workshops spanning 3 hectares, where rail vehicles were maintained during Argentina's transport expansion in the 20th century.

The museum preserves Argentina's railway heritage through exhibitions, educational programs, and regular demonstrations of historic locomotive machinery to new generations.

Visitors can access the museum through Roca Railway service or multiple bus lines, with self-guided tours available during opening hours.

The museum features a 300-meter miniature railway line with two stations where visitors can experience rides in restored historic train cars.
