Ośrodek Kultury Morskiej. Oddział Narodowego Muzeum Morskiego

The Maritime Culture Centre is a museum in Gdańsk devoted to the history of ports, ships, and underwater exploration. The collection includes interactive displays, traditional vessels from around the world, and extensive material about seafaring heritage located along the Motława River.

The institution developed from Poland's interest in maritime history and exploration. It was later established as a branch of the National Maritime Museum and gained international recognition for its collection and exhibition approach.

The museum operates a large pool with wind generators where visitors can pilot remote-controlled model ships. This practical installation combines scientific principles with hands-on learning about seamanship and renewable energy.
