Mmuseumm is a museum housed in a converted freight elevator in Lower Manhattan. The space displays carefully selected exhibitions of small objects and artifacts that explore everyday experiences.
The museum was founded as an alternative cultural project in Manhattan, transforming a former freight elevator into an exhibition space. This unconventional conversion created a new venue for contemporary art exhibitions.

The space is very small and can accommodate only a handful of visitors at once, so it is best to visit alone or in small groups. The exhibitions change regularly, so visiting at different times is worthwhile.
The exhibition space is actually located inside an old elevator and is one of the smallest art galleries in the city. People passing by can view the current works through the glass panels from outside, even when the museum is closed.
